    • Odour Removal Bags are used to remove dead rodent odours, urine and faeces odours, musty mildew odours, and cigarette smoke odour. Odour removal bags do not have to come into contact with a dead rodent or odour causing agent and works even if carcass is not removed. Odour remover bags are easy to use and last an average of 3-4 months in use and contain no chemicals, toxins or fragrances. Simply place the bag near the odour and in 24 hours the odour will be gone. The Odour bags do not simply mask odours, it removes them from the air. Its contents are bio-degradable, non-flammable, non-toxic, safe around children and pets.

    Odour bags can take from one hour to several days to work, but it is very effective since it removes odors versus masking them. It is simple to use and cost effective.

    • How Do They Work? Odour Products are negatively charged and odiferous gasses ride on positively charged particles. Because of this negative and positive attraction Earth Care draws in odours like a powerful magnet. The odours are adsorbed and neutralised without any cover ups or fragrances. The molecular structure of each odour bag consists of billions of microscopic pores, which gives it a large surface area (exceeding the size of a football field). This enables the odour bags to adsorb a phenomenal amount of odours. Odour bags do not just cover up odours, it literally clears the air, leaving the air fresh and clean.  

    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
