Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pest and Lawn Warehouse Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day, on occasions it may take longer if there are stock issues. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If you have paid express shipping we will dispatch it that day or the following day depending on time of order. Express deliveries will vary as we utilise external couriers or Australia Post so we cannot guarantee delivery times as delays occur that are out of our control.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We charge a flat fee of $9.95*, we can send some products express if the need is urgent, send us an email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

*Shipping regionally within Australia can be expensive, we have the right to cancel any order that we cannot reasonably absorb the additional shipping cost. We will let you know beforehand and if you wish to pay the difference we can ship it to you. States such as the Northern Territory (NT) are notoriously expensive to ship to if the product is heavy, please bear that in mind when you purchase.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
Pest and Lawn Warehouse prefers to ship to physical address if they are heavy items, PO Boxes are not always acceptable, if your product can not be shipped to a PO Box we will contact you. If possible always use a physical address this will guarantee no delays with the need to contact you.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). We try to update your tracking as soon as we can, if you are concerned or need it urgently please email us.

Damages
Pest and Lawn Warehouse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Australia
